Module 4: Facilitating Strategic Change
Developing a strategy: client purpose, motivation, reward; resources: self-efficacy. Resistance to change:
Somatic/Change: Body/Emotion/Mind – Create, Organise, Relate, Engage (Psychometrix CORE Model).
Module 5: Health Coaching - Physical and Psychological Wellness
Coaching across the body-mind spectrum from normal to clinical syndromes.
